The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any deliverables solely for their internal purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert Views shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Expert Views’ liability, in any case, is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services directly causing the claim.
8. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expert Views, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from or related to the client’s use of the services, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any applicable laws.
9. Termination
